About Seasonal Beer Style Recommendations:  While we try to put beer styles into seasonal categories as best we can, there will always be some overlap and disagreement about certain styles.  For example, Kolsch is listed as a summer beer style because of it's light, mildly fruity and refreshing character.  However, it can obviously be a year round style for many (particularly if you live in Cologne!).  Think of this as merely suggestions that will keep you brewing and trying different styles all year.
